Return Policy

Please notify us no later than 15 days from receipt of any merchandise that may be defective, the wrong size or unsatisfactory for any reason.  Unfortunately, we are not able to process any returns after this period.

Only With Crystal offers an unconditional return policy on merchandise that has been damaged during shipping or for any manufacturing defects.

If you wish to return an item that is the wrong size or you are not fully satisfied for any other reason, we will be glad to refund the cost of your item, however, we cannot be responsible for shipping charges.

We will also accept returns until January 15 for all purchases during the months of November and December.

Our Customer Service hours are 9 AM - 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday.  We review returns as quickly as we can, but please allow 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday, PST to receive a response.
